(Before/After School)
The purpose of the CASE (Cedar After
School Program) is to provide a service for
working parents of our school community, one
which offers meaningful, age appropriate
activities for children. The children using
the program range from grade 1 through grade
4. We are open five days a week.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:
2:45-5:45 PM
Tuesday: 12:45-5:45 PM The Before School program also is
available every day beginning at 7:00 AM
until first bell at 8:15 AM. A breakfast is
provided. |

We emphasize the values of caring,
respect, honesty, the promotion of self
esteem and sportsmanship. We endeavor to
provide a safe, secure and supportive
environment where children can feel good
about themselves as they grow and learn,
while parents are away.

Activities will include: use of
computer, arts and crafts activities,
outdoor and indoor games. Quiet time is
provided each day for homework/study. We
will have access to our media center, gym
and outdoor playground on weather
appropriate days. Snack and beverage is
provided everyday. |

The program consists of a Program
Coordinator, Head Teachers, and Assistant
Teachers. Our goal is to maintain a student
to teacher ratio of 10:1 maximum.

Tuition is due the first of each week.
You are responsible for this payment each
week for the number of hours you have
enrolled in the program (you ay pay monthly
in advance, please make check payable to
"Town of Hanover"). It is important to note
that we are reserving a space for your child
and thus you will be billed for the number
of hours enrolled each week regardless of
absences, etc. We would expect you to be as
prompt as possible and any additional care
beyond the time reserved will be charged and
rounded off to the nearest half-hour. We
would like parents planning on withdrawing
from the program to notify the school in
writing one week in advance in order to
accommodate other children.
The charge is $5.00 per hour per child
(family discounts are $7.00 for 2 children.
$10.00 for 3+ children).
