• Work has been on-going with the new leaching field installed, and the new pump chamber in process of being installed.

Main Building Project:

• 100% Construction Drawings completed by HMFH on 7/31/09
• 90% estimate performed by HMFH which still shows the project’s cost at $305.72/sf which meets the intent of the MSBA Project Funding Agreement
• Contractors and Filed Sub Contactors have been pre-qualified by the Selection Subcommittee pr Chapter 149 of the MGLs.
• Bid period starts 8/4/09, ends with filed sub contractors on 8/25/09 and general bids due 9/9/09
• Final building size is 157,000 sf and is estimated to costs approximately $46M
• Three alts are concession stand, turf field and maintenance building
• Construction slated to start no later than 10/1/09
• New High School substantial completion date is scheduled for 6/1/11 with move into the new school over the summer 2011 and the demo and associated site work to be completed no later than 6/1/2012
• Hanover has been receiving its 48.27% reimbursement from the MSBA for costs to date. The project is attempting to receive 2 additional points for MA-CHPs which would be realized at the end of the project and prorated back to the budget.
