The agenda for each meeting is prepared collaboratively
by the Superintendent and the Chair of the School Committee. At times, it
may be necessary or desirable to take agenda items out of order. Agendas are
available at the entrance of the meeting room prior to each meeting.
Committee members receive the agenda and supporting documentation in advance
of each meeting so they can study the materials and be prepared to make
informed decisions.
