Hanover Schools students and their families paused to honor our nation's
veterans on Memorial Day, May 28, 2007. A traditional Memorial Day Parade and
festivities including a Stetson House tour and seniors' trolley ride brought
smiles to many faces. Town Monuments to fallen heroes were decorated and brave
men and women saluted. Veterans of war, firemen, police, and scouts joined the
high school band in honoring all who sacrificed their lives so that we shall
remain free and safe from the perils of tyranny.
