On May 26, 2008, students,
families, and the community
celebrated Memorial Day. Our
veterans were honored with a
ceremonial parade including
remembrances of our fallen men
and women. The parade included
Hanover's fire department,
police department, girl and boy
scouts, veterans of war, the
high school marching band, and
community members and leaders. A
tour of the Stetson House was
also available along the parade
route.
The morning ended with
presentations by community
leaders honoring our military.
