  Goal 1: Leadership and District Culture
 
Strategic Objective  1.A. To promote academic rigor that focuses on equity and excellence in learning for schools
   
Performance Indicator 1.A.1. Facilitate work with the elementary principals to create parity in the delivery of regular education specialist services in the two elementary schools
   
Performance Indicator 1.A.2. Facilitate work with HS administrative leadership team to ensure that the academic rigor of increased graduation requirements is achievable for all students through course offerings
   
Performance Indicator 1.A.3. Establish expectations and review program delivery for SPED students that will remove the MS from Corrective Action and through collaboration with the PPS Director ensure equity in curriculum delivery to students

Performance Indicator 2.A.2. Implement new district-wide Stay Put drills and monitor and review this new emergency procedure with administrators, police and fire officials

Strategic Objective 5.A. To encourage various staffing patterns, student grouping plans, class scheduling plans, school organizational structures, and facilities design processes to support various teaching strategies and desired student outcomes

Performance Indicator 6.B.. Ensure that school facilities are appropriately maintained through effective and efficient use of manpower and financial resources
   
Performance Indicator 6.B.1. Collaborate with the Business Manager and the Facilities Director to find ways to improve the productivity of custodial and maintenance staff
   
Performance Indicator 6.B.2. Collaborate with the Business Manager and the Facilities Director to find ways to improve the maintenance fiscal operations
   
Performance Indicator 6.B.3. Collaborate with the Business Manager and the Facilities Manager to address and correct facilities issues that impact inefficient and unhealthful conditions in school facilities

  Criteria for Measuring Superintendent's Progress
  The superintendent will maintain a professional portfolio of exhibits that will be shared with the Hanover School Committee. These exhibits shall include, but not be limited by, the following evidence:
