Hanover Public Schools uses Merrimack Education Center (MEC) as an email provider. Email may be accessed by going to http://www.hanoverschools.org and clicking the "Staff Email" link or by entering the web address: http://portal.mecnet.net. You may access the older email system by entering: http://hanover.mec.edu.

1. Enter your email address. Your email address consists of the first letter of your first name, your last name followed by @hanover.mec.edu (auser@hanover.mec.edu).

2. Enter your password and then click Login. Passwords have not changed. If you are new to this email login, your password will work on this as well as the previous system. If you have lost your email password, please fill out a technology request or make your administrator aware.

3. A direct link to your inbox among other mailbox folders is available on the opening page. You can check your sent items, trash, drafts and even create your own personalized mailbox folders. Click on inbox to retrieve your new messages.

4. Remember to Logout when your email session is complete.
