How Do I Know How Many Hours I Have or How Can I See the Status of My Hours?
Students can find out how many hours he/she has and/or the status of submitted hours by logging in to Aspen and clicking on the “My Info” tab at the top. Scroll to the bottom to the box titled “My Community Service”. All of the students community service hours are listed - whether they are approved, pending or rejected (see key below). Students can also view the breakdown of hours for the current year and total overall hours.
If students hours are still pending after a month or longer, he/she should first check the email address to ensure it is correctly entered and/or contact the supervisor to ask that he/she responds to the verification email.

| Approved | Hours are verified and posted and count toward your total hours. |
| Rejected | Hours are not counted toward your total. Various reasons might for this designation are: activity is not considered community service, could be a duplicate submission, or hours were rejected by supervisor as not being completed. |
| Pending | Hours have not yet been approved/verified by the listed supervisor. All submissions must have the correct email address in order to be verified and posted, otherwise the status remains as pending. |
