Cedar School Curriculum Night 9/8/22
This message is to provide you with more information about the Cedar Curriculum Night scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Curriculum Night is an educational open house that takes place at the beginning of the school year. Parents have the opportunity to arrive at Cedar School and receive critical information that will benefit their child’s learning throughout the year. At Curriculum Night, you can expect the following:
- Teachers to share information on classroom routines, expectations, and home-school communication.
- Teachers to share information on grade-level curriculum.
- The opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and have the opportunity to ask questions.
- The opportunity to meet the parents of your child’s peers and get familiar with your child’s learning environment.
Curriculum Night will be segmented into two sections in order to accommodate the number of families and parking at Cedar. Please see the timeline that has been provided below:

6:00 pm - 6:15 pm | Departure for Kindergarten and Preschool parents and guardians |
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm | First-Grade Visit |
7:15 pm - 7:30 pm | Departure for First Grade parents and guardians |
Following your visit with the classroom teacher, we encourage you to stop in and visit our specialists in their setting. We will also have staff set up in the Cedar cafeteria. We have included a list of staff and their locations below:

If there is no parking available at Cedar when you arrive, please consider parking in the high school complex and walking over.
