Assistance for Members of Our Community this Holiday Season 10/25/21

The Hanover School Nurses are very pleased once again to collaborate with the Hanover VNA Community Foundation to provide assistance for members of our community this holiday season. Thanks to the Hanover VNA Community Foundation, gift cards will be provided to families upon request. Due to continued concerns about COVID-19, this process will be different from previous years. There will not be an in-person food or gift event. Instead, gift cards will be distributed to families via USPS.

If you feel that your family could benefit from assistance this year to make your November and December holidays even more special, please contact your school nurse before November 8, 2021.

If you have any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss privately please contact your school nurse or school counselor.
