Flu Vaccine Clinic for Students

The Town of Hanover will be conducting free flu vaccine clinics for all school-aged children (ages 3 - 18 years old) who reside in Hanover.  As you have been previously informed, the flu vaccine is now required in Massachusetts for all school-aged children before December 31, 2020.  The flu vaccine is an important step to reduce flu-related illness and the overall impact of respiratory illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Flu vaccine clinics for students-only (public, private, homeschooled) will be held at Hanover High School on the following dates and times:

  • Wednesday, November 4, 2020, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Saturday, November 14, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Pre-Registration

There are THREE steps necessary to register for the flu vaccine clinic: 

  1. Reserve a time online using SignUpGenius.
  2. Review read the following informative flu documents from the CDC:
    1. Flu Vaccine
    2. FluMist
  3. Complete the Student Flu Vaccine Pre-Registration Form

Additional Information

All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.  Do not attend the clinic if you feel ill or if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
