Hanover VNA Community Foundation 2020 Winter Holiday Assistance

The Hanover Public Schools Nurses are very pleased once again to collaborate with the Hanover VNA Community Foundation to provide assistance for members of our community during the winter holiday season. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this process will be different from previous years. Instead of an in-person toy event, there will be gift cards mailed to families upon request.

If you feel that your family could benefit from assistance this year, please contact your school nurse as soon as possible and no later than December 9, 2020.

If you have any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss privately you may contact your school nurse or school adjustment counselor.
