Marshfield COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Reminder for Hanover Students, Staff, and Families 5/20/21

Hanover Health

This is a reminder that the Town of Hanover still has several dedicated Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine appointments for the Town of Hanover students, staff, and families. Please register online by going to Marshfield Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Registration. You will need to print and sign the consent form if your child is 12 - 17 years old. Parents of children 12 - 17 years old must accompany their child. Appointments are available today, May 20th, Friday, May 21st, and Saturday, May 22nd, and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you try to register for one of the dedicated Marshfield appointments, and the spots are all full, you may go to the Town of Marshfield Vaccine Clinic website or https://vaxfinder.mass.gov to find another appointment near you. The Marshfield Vaccine Clinic is also accepting walk-ins, although pre-registration is recommended.

If you are having any difficulty finding a vaccine appointment for yourself or your child for any reason, please reach out to me or your school nurse. We will be happy to help you find a vaccine.

For more information about the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, please visit the MDPH website. If you have any specific questions about the vaccine for your child, you may also reach out to your child’s pediatrician.

Absences from school due to COVID-19 vaccination is excused, just as any other medical appointment. Please provide proof of the vaccine to your school nurse.

Sincerely,
