Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Hanover High School Scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2021

Hanover Public Schools has partnered with the Brewster Ambulance Company, DESE, Hanover Fire Department, and the Hanover Board of Health and to bring a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic to Hanover.

Clinic Information

• Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
• For HPS Students Ages 12 and older, Families, and Staff
• Hanover High School, 287 Cedar Street, Hanover, MA
• Thursday, May 27, 2021
• 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Important Information

• HHS students will be allowed to have their vaccine given during school hours (1:00 PM - 2:45 PM) with parental consent.
• 15 - 30 minutes of observation is required after vaccination, please plan accordingly.
• Families, staff, and students over the age of 12 may schedule their vaccine between 2:45 PM and 6:00 PM.
• Students who are 12 to 17 years old who have their vaccine without a parent present must be picked up by a responsible person age 18 or older.
• A second dose is required to be fully vaccinated. We have scheduled a clinic for the second dose on Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. However, you may schedule your second dose anywhere that provides the Pfizer vaccine 3-5 weeks after the initial dose.
• The following steps are required to participate in this clinic:
  1. Reserve a time on sign-up genius. You may reserve up to 4 spots per time slot
  2. Complete and bring to the clinic the attached registration form: Brewster Vaccine Registration
  3. Students who are 12 to 17 years old must bring a complete and signed parental consent form
