Pfizer Vaccine Available for Students 5/18/21

Vaccine for Students
Hanover Health

Our friends from the Town of Marshfield have offered 100 dedicated Pfizer vaccine doses for our Hanover Public Schools students who are 12 or older. Parents may register their students using the attached by going to Marshfield Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Registration. You will also need to print and sign the attached consent form if your child is 12 - 17 years old. These appointments will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you try to register for one of the dedicated Marshfield appointments, and the spots are all full, you may go to the Town of Marshfield Vaccine Clinic website or  https://vaxfinder.mass.gov to find another appointment near you. The Marshfield Vaccine Clinic is also accepting walk-ins, although pre-registration is recommended.

If you are having any difficulty finding a vaccine appointment for yourself or your child for any reason, please reach out to me or your school nurse. We will be happy to help you find a vaccine.

For more information about the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, please visit the MDPH website. If you have any specific questions about the vaccine for your child, you may also reach out to your child’s pediatrician.

Absences from school due to COVID-19 vaccination are excused, just like any other medical appointment. Please provide proof of the vaccine to your school nurse.

Sincerely,
