VNA Holiday Outreach

The Hanover Public Schools Nurses are very pleased to collaborate with the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association to provide assistance for our neighbors in need this Holiday Season. Thanks to the generosity of the Board of Directors of the Hanover VNA, there will be a community outreach event to benefit families with children in the month of December.

If you feel that your family could benefit from assistance this holiday season to help make your holidays more special, please contact your school nurse and you will be given an invitation to this private event. There are a limited number of invitations, and they will be delivered on a first come, first served basis so please contact us as soon as possible and no later than Monday, December 16, 2019.

If you find yourself in a position to give this year, please consider donating to the Hanover VNA to help support this event. Brand new gift items, gift cards or monetary donations may be delivered to the Hanover Town Hall, Visiting Nurse Office or any other town office during their normal business hours. Checks may be made out to Hanover VNA Community Foundation, Inc.
