Elementary School Registration

Parents of new students are encouraged to register their children in the Hanover Public Schools by visiting or calling the appropriate school office before the start of the school year. Registering students before the school year allows for a smooth transition as each becomes familiar with Hanover Public Schools.

Registration Forms

In an effort to expedite the registration process, we have provided you with the following forms:

• Medical History Form
• Parent Information Form
• Primary Home Language Survey
• Registration Form

Please bring the completed forms to your child's school in order to begin the registration process. We request that you bring an original birth certificate, a report of the most recent physical examination, and a doctor's certificate of immunizations when you come to register.

Residency

As part of the registration process at the school, please verify your residency/address and sign a record release form in order to obtain your child's previous school record.
