HHS Athletic Registration

General Information

Registration is seasonal and includes the items listed below.   Items 1-4 must be completed prior to participation.  Item 5 is due by the first scheduled contest of each season.

1. Completion of the appropriate seasonal registration Google Form located on the main page of the Athletics site under New & Announcements (also linked below).

2. ImPACT Testing.  (Additional information at www.impacttest.com)

  • ImPACT test results are valid for two years.
  • ImPACT tests are completed virtually.  Any students requiring a baseline concussion test may contact the athletic director requesting a link to a baseline concussion test.

3. Proof of a valid physical.

  • Physical exam records are valid for 13 months to the date of the exam.
  • All 9th-grade students will need to provide a valid physical prior to participation in athletics at HHS.
  • Physicals can be delivered to the Main Office at HHS care of Scott Hutchison. 
  • All records will be shared with the school nurse and athletic trainer.

4. Completion of a SportsWare Account. 

  • This item is completed once per school year prior to participation and applies to subsequent athletic seasons.  For example, students participating in a fall sport are not required to complete this registration item prior to participating in a winter and/or spring sport.
  • Complete the 2 forms within the Forms link on the account dashboard.
  • Update all 5 tabs within the My Info tab on the account dashboard.
  • Complete the questionnaire within the Med History tab on the account dashboard.
  • New Accounts can be created at swol123.net by selecting “Join Sportsware.”  The School ID is hanoverhs.  Upon completion of the first steps an account administrator will need to accept the request.  The confirmation email accepting the account may take several days.

5.  Payment of the appropriate User Fee. 

  • Online payments are required and are completed using the “Online Payments” link on the Athletics site.
  • The Athletic User Fee for football, basketball, and ice hockey is $260.  The fee for all other sports is $200.
  • Questions regarding the $1000 User Fee Family Cap can be directed to the Athletic Director.
  • An Athletic User Fee Waiver - Waiver Form is accessible on the Athletics Site.
  • Completion of this registration item (payment or waiver approval) is due by April 3.
