Hanover High School Undergraduate 2020 Materials Exchange Day

This Friday, June 19th, is our last day of school, but also it’s the undergraduate materials exchange day.  In short, here’s the agenda:

  • Students will be returning chromebooks, textbooks, trade books, and calculators – essentially all school property.
  • Students will be given the opportunity to cleanout their lockers.
  • If not already arranged, students will be provided with summer work related to AP classes, English, and/or math.

There are a lot of moving parts – and people – to the day, so it’s important to adhere to the following schedule for building access:

When you arrive, please proceed directly to the café with your return items.  Directions will be posted, and tables will be clearly labeled.  Once you’ve returned your materials, you’ll be allowed brief access to your locker.  You must adhere to all social-distancing guidelines throughout the whole process.  If you need summer work, there will be a table clearly labeled where you can pick up those materials.

I’ll reach out again before Friday.  I just wanted to give you the times and the process for the day so you can better plan.

That’s it for now.  Be well.  Be safe.
