FACE Summer 2023 Enrichment & Recreation Mentor Program - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
We are excited to offer the second summer of the FACE Mentor Program for students entering 7th - 10th grades in the 2023/2024 school year! The FACE Mentor Program will foster the development of emerging youth leaders in our schools and community. Through this experience, FACE Mentors will develop self-confidence and a personal tool kit of leadership skills including empathy, critical thinking, team building, problem solving and civic mindedness.
FACE Mentors will support the daily objectives of Summer Enrichment and Recreation. A typical day will be fast paced as mentors support transitions, assist and participate in program activities as well as create meaningful relationships with students. FACE Mentors will also have the opportunity to support FACE Before and After School and Enrichment Programs, if they choose. We will work to provide year round opportunities for leadership development by creating a sustainable infrastructure that fosters the individual growth of each FACE Mentor.
