FACE Family Portal Information

Thank you to all of you who have made our transition to the FACE Family Portal successful. At this time we would like to share a couple of notes with you that will help us now and in the future. This is especially important for all that have not yet registered and plan to do so for Before and After, Enrichment and Recreation, Vocal and Instrumental, Community Education, etc. 

At this time, please add the FACE Family Portal as a bookmarked website to your browser for ease of access. 

• When creating a family portal, please make sure to complete all fields in your profile: Name, Street Address, Phone Number and Email Address. 
• In your profile please add all students to your account. All medical information for your student should be completed as up to date as possible. Please note, student emails are not required.
• Make sure to add all contacts to your account. Contacts include anyone from a family member to a neighbor who may be picking your student(s) up. Adding contacts to your account will eliminate the need for day-of emails informing FACE Staff of pickup changes. When contacts are added please make sure to select "allow pickup". If a contact is not selected as an approved pickup you will be contacted by FACE Staff for confirmation before your student is dismissed. 
  • You will need to complete all required information for contacts only once. As soon as the contact has been added to the account, they will remain active for all current and future registrations. 
• In the notes section, please include any additional information we should know about your student(s). This is a good place to include your students bus letter and teacher.
