Cedar School News and Updates 9/5/22

The timing of this email indicates that our “Cedar Journey”  together is almost ready to begin. We are looking forward to seeing our first-grade students arrive at 8:15 am tomorrow morning. Additionally, we are excited to welcome our Kindergarten students to the building later in the morning for their classroom visit.  Here are some final updates before we start our first week with students.

Student Visit Information

This is a reminder that the purpose of the visit is for the children to meet their homeroom teacher, visit the classroom, and become familiar with peers in the class. Please know that you can arrive with your student at any time during the designated window that has been shared; however, this is not a drop-off event for parents/guardians.

We would like to thank Michelle Hill, Eliza Kennedy, and the Cedar PTA for the wonderful lunch that they provided our staff last week. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated group of parents who are committed to making this the best year yet for our Cedar students and staff. The Cedar PTA has included a link regarding very important information about the upcoming year and the PTA! View the September Cedar School PTA Notice.
