Hanover Middle School Cross Country League
HMS Cross Country is gearing up for another great season of the South Shore Middle School League! The 2023 season will consist of five regular league meets with other local middle schools, an all-league invitational meet hosted by HMS, and the Massachusetts State Middle School Cross Country Invitational. Participants will have the opportunity to increase endurance, learn proper stretching and running techniques, and stay physically fit.
