2019/2020 FACE Before & After School Programs at Cedar & Center Schools Registration

Registration for the 2019/2020 before & after school programs is now open for all families with incoming Kindergarten – 4th grade students. Registration will remain open through May 24, 2019. All families will receive confirmation of enrollment on or before May 31, 2019.

As the district begins the 2019/2020 school year with new community based elementary schools, the Office of Family & Community Engagement will also make a transition from what is now CASE and SCORE to a uniform name for all before and after school programs in the district – FACE Before & After School Programs. The change is in name only as our programs will continue regular operations. This change will allow for us to streamline communication, business operations and services to better meet the needs of our students and families who may now have students in multiple school locations.

The FACE Before & After School Programs at both Cedar and Center schools provide optional, fee based care programs designed to assist families with before and/or after school care for students on a regular basis. Programs include before school (7:00 - 8:15AM), after school (3:00 - 6:00PM daily and Tuesdays 1:00 - 6:00PM) and afternoon care for half-day Kindergarten students (11:30 - 3:00PM). Please note, half-day Kindergarten families must enroll for a minimum of 2 days of the Kindergarten FACE Program as days of operation are contingent on enrollment.

2019/2020 FACE Before & After School Programs at Cedar & Center Schools Registration

The rates for the 2019/2020 school year are as follows:

Registration Fees (One per family):

  • $35 Registration Fee for Current Families
  • $50 Registration Fee for New Families
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and will be collected upon confirmation of your student’s enrollment. 

Program Fees:

  • $8 Per Hour, 1 Student
  • $10 Per Hour, 2 Students
  • $12 Per Hour, 3 Students
  • The sibling rate is $10 per hour for two students and will increase in $2 increments for each additional enrolled student in any of our before and/or after school programs.
  • Families will be billed hourly based on the schedule selected on the registration form. 

The goal of the Office of Family & Community Engagement is to provide quality and affordable before and/or after school care for all families. All FACE before & after school programs are self-funded through student tuition. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to thoughtfully consider all aspects of their family schedule when registering as space is limited. We strive to accommodate as many families as possible and continuously evaluate our enrollment throughout the school year.
