FACE Mentor Program

We are proud to announce the launch of the new FACE Mentor Program for students entering  7th - 10th grades in the 2022/2023 school year.  After many years of experiencing the power of mentorship first hand in our programs, we are pleased to formalize a program that will foster the development of emerging youth leaders in our schools and community. Through this experience, FACE Mentors will develop self confidence and a personal tool kit of leadership skills including empathy, critical thinking, team building, problem solving and civic mindedness. 

Mentor Program Requirements

  • Complete a FACE Mentor Program application 
  • Participate in an interview with FACE Leadership Team members 
  • Commit to a full session of Summer Enrichment and/or Recreation Programs for either a half (8:00AM - 12:00PM) or a full day (8:00AM - 3:00PM) 
  • Camp Invention
  • Kids Summer Track (Thursday Evenings 5:30PM - 8:00PM)
  • Complete CORI/SORI form if 16 years or older
  • Complete FACE Mentor Commitment Agreement with Parent/Guardian permission 
  • Attend a session of mandatory FACE Mentor Program orientation and training on June 15th at Hanover High School from 3:00PM - 5:00PM or June 17th at Hanover Middle School from 2:30PM - 4:30PM.
  • Participate in FACE Team Meetings at the start and end of each Summer session 
  • Complete a FACE Mentor Program Self Assessment
