FACE Registration for 2023/2024 Before and After Care - UPDATE

Registration for the 2023/2024 FACE Before & After School Programs will have a different timeline this year as we prepare to launch a new database management and operations system, Halix. We are excited to be approaching the launch of this initiative that will consolidate all FACE business in one convenient portal unique to your family. The portal will provide a streamlined registration process and provide enhanced financial integration, including Visa as an accepted method of payment. Currently, we remain in a testing phase which impacts our traditional registration timeline.

We anticipate that registration for the 2023/2024 FACE Before & After School Programs will open the week of May 22nd. 

Families will be provided with a unique invitation to create a family portal prior to the opening registration.

In addition, we will provide onsite support at each of our afterschool locations to walk you through the process of portal creation and registration. 

In the interim, we will continue to work hand in hand with our developer to ensure a user friendly experience for all families.
