Reminders for Our Scientists, Inventors, and Their Families

As students prepare to present their projects, it's important to keep a few key points in mind. Please take a moment to review the following:
Important Information for Students Presenting Their Projects
- The Science Fair is this Thursday, March 28, 2024.
- Make sure you have completed your preparations (complete presentation boards, journals, and practiced presentations).
- Set-up for the fair is this Wednesday, March 27th, after school.
- Please bring your project on Wednesday and ask a teacher if you can keep it in their room.
- If there are parts your parents are bringing in, have them bring them to the gym right after school.
- When the school day is over, bring your project to the gym.
- In the gym, you will see a whiteboard that tells you what number your project is; find that table and set it up.
- Remember, you are spending the entire day of the Science Fair in the gym, except for lunch, which you will have with your class. Students who have lunch in the last lunch period can have lunch earlier.
Important Information for Families Who Want to View the Presentations
- We look forward to having you come in and see your child’s and other students’ projects.
- Times:
- Wednesday, March 27th, at the time of setup (2:15-3:00 pm).
- Thursday, March 28th, after the fair (2:15-3:15 pm).
