- Number of Days: 4 touring days and 3 hotel nights
Students will depart on the morning of Monday, June 3, 2024, via a chartered motor coach and arrive in Washington, D.C., in the afternoon.

Program Pricing
Base Trip Price: $1060* (or 4 monthly payments of $252.50 after an initial payment of $50.00) per student. Includes all meals, hotel, transportation, access to events and tours, and night security.
Payments can be made in full or spread out into monthly installment payments. Optional Full Refund Program for parents/guardians and students in case of cancellation (not included in base trip price).

What does the trip cost include?
It is an all-inclusive price that covers airfare, motor coach, tour guide, lodging, all meals while on tour, activity admissions, medical/dental coverage, and trip planning.
How much spending money should I bring?
We recommend about $50-$100 for snacks and souvenirs.
What is the rooming situation?
Students stay two per bed and the school will assign rooms.
What forms do I need to fill out?
You will be sent a medical form and a behavior contract through the Grand Classroom trip page closer to travel. This is where you will note any dietary restrictions or allergies.
