Center School Grade 2 Parent Information Forms 4/26/22

Please complete the parent information form and submit it electronically by Friday, May 6, 2022. This form is set up for students moving from grade 1 to grade 2 only. If you have children in grade 2 or higher, a separate parent form link will be sent to you.

Reminder

A parent meeting for all incoming grade 2 families will be held on May 19, 2022, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Center School Auditorium.

A special education parent meeting will be held on May 24, 2022, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Center School Auditorium. If your child is on an IEP or in the evaluation process, you may find this informational meeting helpful.
