Center School Grade 4 Updates 12/14/21

We have some events coming up over the next month and want to be sure all families have the information regarding these events for our fourth graders.

Chorus

Our fourth-grade students have been working on music since September in Chorus to share in a performance for their family and friends. A Winter Concert will be live-streamed on Monday, December 20^th with two performances. Students are asked to wear dress pants or skirt and a splash of seasonal color. We invite you to share the link to the live concert with family near and far. We will be sharing it with our classes at school so that our second and third-grade students can enjoy the music performed by our fourth graders. You will receive the link for viewing the live concert by Friday. A special shout out to Mr. Lindsey for his perseverance in keeping music an important part of our student's lives. He has skillfully navigated chorus rehearsals of over 100 students while maintaining health and safety protocols so that students would have the opportunity to sing in a large group. Our chorus rehearsals will resume in January and it is our goal to bring a 'live, in person' concert to our families in the spring!

• 1:15-1:45 PM: Ferguson, Walsh, Luccarelli, and Gordon
• 2:00-2:30 PM: Lancaster, Bryerton, Capraro, and Tavares

Grade 4 Field Trip

A notice was sent home last week regarding the field trip to Patriot's Hall of Fame. Just a reminder to return your permission slip and money for the trip. Attached is the notice that accompanied the field trip permission form. See attached.
