Center School Health Screening Notification 10/20/23

Beginning in November, we will conduct annual health screenings.

• Grade 2 - Hearing and Vision
• Grade 3 - Hearing and Vision
• Grade 4 - Vision, Height, and Weight 

The following attached letter provides all of the information regarding screenings and notifications, including how to opt out your child, if you choose.
