Center School News and Updates 5/5/22

Thank you to the Hanover Police Department for welcoming our students last week for “High Five Friday”  as they arrived at school!

Teacher Appreciation Week

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week and we are pleased to celebrate all of the staff at Center School who collectively make a great team to teach your children every day! Thanks to our PTA, we are enjoying a week full of celebration. On Monday, we were greeted with chalk messages around the school from Center School students and families, and donuts in the teacher’s lunchroom. Wednesday was a coffee break from Marylou’s and treats! Friday rounds out the week with an Italian-themed lunch provided by PTA.

Book Fair

The Book Fair opens Monday and parents are welcome to shop with their child(ren) if they would like to join the class on their book fair day! You may also shop the book fair online.

The Hanover Fire Department will be providing the SAFE (Student Awareness of Fire Education) program to all third graders during one of their Wellness classes in the month of June. Some of the topics include fire safety awareness; stop-drop-and roll; smoke alarms; and choosing a meeting spot.

Thank you for your continued support,

Mrs. DeGrenier
Principal

Please remember to bring a valid driver’s license with you.
