Center School News and Updates 6/9/23
Grade 2 had their last round of planting yesterday, adding cucumbers and tomatoes to our garden. Thank you to second grader classes, Claire Estabrooks, Alexis Froelich, and Mr. Lovell and friends for keeping up with all of the watering. We will harvest our greens next week and have a ‘salad’ day to enjoy what we grew!
Congratulations to our fourth grade students. Last night they performed their spring concert, and shared their video performances and art with family and friends. Today they kept the celebration going with a car parade and celebration day. We have shared the links to their concert and videos for you to see! There is so much to be proud of and we wish our fourth graders great success as they move on to middle school!
This week was our final collection for the Hanover Food Pantry and your generosity far exceeded what we hoped we could do this year. A BIG shout out to Henry Lyons, who had a small idea that turned into a gigantic act of kindness. Thank you Henry and all those who helped the last six weeks. Leadership League will make the last delivery on Monday, bringing our total to over 300 bags of groceries! THANK YOU!
The end-of-year benchmark results will be posted in the Aspen Family Portal next week, and report cards will be posted on Friday morning.
