Included in this message are links to the parent/guardian information form for current grade two and current grade three students. Please use the link to complete and submit a parent information form for your child by Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

If you have a child currently in Grade 1, I will send transition information and a parent information form later this week. If you have a child currently in Grade 4, the middle school will send out transition information and forms later in the spring.
