School News 10/16/19

I wanted to share with you what a great day we had at school today and how thankful we are to be part of the Hanover Community.  We returned to school to a pumpkin patch on the front lawn of our school.  It brought a wave of smiles and chatter throughout our day!  Some second grade classes even turned the living patch into a learning experience tied to their classroom. Until the donors are revealed we are calling this "Operation Team Pumpkin".  If you have a minute, please drive by.  It will truly put a smile on your face.

Later in the day we were visited by Mr. Stephen O'Neill from the historical society who set up a new display in the front lobby entitled "Hanover's Native Americans".  This display is part of our continued relationship with the Stetson House, Historical Society, Mr. O'Neill, and Mr. Galluzzo.  They bring pieces of Hanover history to our school that is particularly relevant to the curriculum our third grade students are learning.

We are very proud to be part of a community that embraces the joy of learning and shares the kindness of the human spirit.

Thank you,

Mrs. DeGrenier
Principal
