School News 3/4/19

Hoping you are all shoveled out and ready for school in the morning!  Whenever we miss a day of school there is always a lot to catch up on and I hope these reminders help!
 
  • French toast will be the main lunch for Tuesday.
  • Tuesday from 5-7 PM is the Center School building dedication.  We hope you will join us.  The building will be open for you to visit all areas of the building.  If you are interested there will be a brief ceremony beginning at 5:00 in the newly renovated auditorium followed by the open house of the new Center School.
  • The Fun Run is planned for Wednesday.  We have enjoyed having "Vibrant Vibha" and "Nitro Neil" with us for the past week.  Please see the video Vibrant Vibha sent us today~just perfect for a snow day!  Please share with your child-they will really enjoy seeing it: https://vimeo.com/321271725
  • The first trip for our grade four students to the South Shore Art Center is planned for Wednesday.  We have been sure to plan their fun run in the afternoon so that all of the grade four students will participate together.  Thank you to Mr. File for organizing this trip for our students.
  • Correction:  Our new special education administrator, Donna Hillary, will begin on Monday 3/11/19 (next Monday).  We were pleased to spend some time with Mrs. Hillary last week and look forward to her joining us full time beginning next week.
  • During the month of March we will be celebrating reading and Music in our schools.  Stay tuned for more details to follow!
