Hanover Middle School 7th/8th Grade Spring Dance Volunteer Registration Update 5/3/23
The traditional Student Council 7th and 8th grade Spring Dance returns to HMS on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Event and Volunteer Information
The HPTA is looking for a few volunteers to assist the Student Council Staff with this event.
Volunteers must be available from 6:10 pm until 8:30 pm.
In an effort to afford as many families as possible the opportunity to participate in this event, only one volunteer per family for this event.
Please login to your Aspen Portal to be sure you have a current CORI before signing up on the link. Any volunteers with expired CORIs will be removed, and the spot reassigned to someone with a current CORI.
To check your CORI status, follow these steps:
- Log in to Apsen
- Click Family
- Click Contacts
- Check the CORI Expiration column for the date
- To update your CORI, please see the office staff at HMS.
- Note: Due to a Town of Hanover change in processing CORIs, there is no guarantee new applications will clear in time for this event. CORIs are processed in bulk in the fall. We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to be sure they have a current CORI or at least a submitted application for future opportunities.
