The 8th Grade Dinner Dance Celebration will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
Event and Volunteer Information
The HPTA is looking for volunteers to help decorate for and clean up after the event.
Traditionally, we ask all HMS parents/guardians to join the crew to get a feel for this event when your own child is in 8th grade!
With your help, we can make this a great event for the students!
- DATE: Wednesday, June 14, 2023
- Setup: 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm (Volunteers can come and stay as long as possible! Many hands do fast work!)
- Clean-up: 8:15 pm to 9:00 pm (Many hands do fast work!) This event ends at 8:00 pm. We will start to clean up and put things away as soon as the kids leave.
