Hanover Middle School Camp Squanto Meeting and Candy Delivery Reminder 3/15/24

• Candy Pick Up: Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 2:15-7:00 pm, in the Hanover Middle School Cafeteria
• Family Camp Meeting: Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 7:00-8:00 pm, in the Hanover Middle School Cafeteria

Students with small orders may elect to begin picking up orders at 2:10 pm, right before regular dismissal. The cafeteria will remain open for pick-up through 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

All orders must be picked up on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Many orders contain frozen items and we cannot guarantee freezer space for these orders. Any mistakes found within your orders may be corrected directly with Meadow Farms using this link: https://meadowfarms.com/return-or-replace-items.

The informational Camp Squanto Meeting for parents and students will begin at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria. Information about parent volunteers will also be discussed at this meeting. If you wish to volunteer for the week of camp, please bring your driver’s license and be prepared to fill out a Camp Volunteer Application and a CORI form. Parents unable to attend the meeting and wishing to volunteer for the week must submit their application and CORI form by Thursday, March 28, 2024.

Camp Squanto Dates: June 10, 2024 through June 14, 2024.
