Welcome to Hanover Middle School! Our administration and counselors are looking forward to scheduling your students for their fifth grade 2024-2025 school year!
Please use our Incoming 5th Grade Student Information Sheet to fill in the requested information by May 1, 2024. Your information will help determine next year's class assignment for your child. Please feel free to comment on any or all areas that you consider significant for your child. This form is not to be used to request a specific teacher or include other students' names. We consider all information when placing students.
