We also need a parent volunteer to pick up the food prizes from Shaw's and deliver them to Mrs. Judge in the HMS cafeteria on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, between 12:30-1:30 pm.

This event is entirely outdoors, so please plan accordingly for the weather!

  • Date: Wednesday, November 22, 2023
  • Time: 7:45-10:30 am

Please remember that in order to reserve a volunteer slot, you must have a current CORI at the time of signing up. If your CORI is expired, your sign-up will be removed and given to another volunteer with a current CORI. You can check your CORI status in Aspen by clicking on the Family tab and then the Contacts tab.

Also please remember the Volunteer Code of Conduct. In the interest of providing the opportunity for as many families as possible to participate in this event, only one member per family can volunteer.

Thank you for donating your time to HPTA and the Hanover Public Schools!
