Hanover Middle School Next Week! 3/31/23

It has been a great couple of weeks at Hanover Middle School. On March 14^th, we had over 100 students participate in our PI Day Contest. Over this past weekend, we had over 50 cast and crew members put on three amazing performances of Annie Jr., the Musical. Just yesterday, over 150 students presented their work, projects, and inventions at the middle school science fair. We have talented kids everywhere. The staff at the Hanover Middle School are so proud of them.     

This correspondence also reminds the families of HMS that we begin MCAS testing this Monday, April 3^rd, and Wednesday, April 5^th, for grades 5 and 8.   

All of our students have two sessions of both the English Language Arts and Mathematics MCAS. Our 5^th and 8^th grade students will also have two sessions of the Science, Technology, and Engineering MCAS. These are important annual assessments that tell us about your child as a learner and give us important information at a grade level, as a school, and as a district.

It is important that students come to school after having a good night's sleep, arrive on time, and have a healthy breakfast.
