Hanover Middle School Social and Dance Pick-Up Procedures 2/8/24
We are happy to host our winter social and dance over the next two days. Please read the drop-off and pick-up instructions for this afternoon's social and tomorrow evening’s dance.
Grades 5 and 6 Social
Thursday, February 8, 2024, 2:15-3:45 pm
Students will be dismissed from their homerooms. The afternoon event will end at 3:45 pm. Vehicles for pick-up will not be allowed to enter the HMS parking lot until 3:40 pm due to safety and traffic concerns. If you need to be picked up earlier, please make arrangements with Mr. Birolini prior to 1:00 pm today.
- Grade 5 students will be picked up in the rear of the building.
- Grade 6 students will be picked up in the front of the building.
If you are picking up 5th and 6th students, pick up will be in the rear of the building.
Grades 7 and 8 Dance
Friday, February 9, 2024, 6:30-8:30 pm
Students will be dropped off in the front of the building by the 6th grade door (Mr. Birolini will be at the entrance.)
Students will be picked up at 8:30 pm in the front of the building. Vehicles for pick-up will not be allowed to enter the HMS parking lot until 8:15 pm due to safety and traffic concerns. If you need to pick up earlier, please make arrangements with Mr. Birolini prior to the end of school on Friday.
