Hanover Middle School Turkey Trot Update 11/20/23
Happy Thanksgiving Week! With the forecast for cold rain and significant winds, we have decided to move the Turkey Trot to tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 12:15-2:15 pm.
Volunteer Update
We understand this might not be convenient for all parent volunteers, but we appreciate your cooperation! If you are still available, please arrive at Hanover Middle School tomorrow, November 21st at 12:00 pm. Please confirm with Darcy Lamond or Suzanne Clasby regarding availability.
What does that mean for parents/guardians? Students just need to come to school prepared to run this fabulous event on Tuesday rather than Wednesday.
Wednesday Dismissal
Wednesday will still be an early release day. Dismissal is at 11:00 am. There will be no breakfast or lunch served on Wednesday.
I would like to thank our staff for creating and supporting an alternate schedule that allows our students to participate in this amazing annual event. The Trot Must Go On!
Turkey Trot Shirts
Shirts will be distributed at lunch today for students who pre purchased last week. Additional shirts are available for $15 today during lunches and tomorrow morning in the main lobby while supplies last.
