Volunteers Needed for Harvest Fest 2018

Harvest Fest will be held during the day on Friday, October 26, 2018.  Many parent volunteers are needed to make this event a success. Volunteers are needed during the event from 11:00 AM - 2:15 PM and after school to help with the 5th/6th grade Harvest Jam from 2:15 PM - 4:30 PM. We will also need bakers to prepare baked goods for sale during the event. 

Harvest Fest is a great annual tradition! Students wear costumes to school and enjoy teacher sponsored games and activities for a nominal fee. Baked goods and pizza will be sold in the cafeteria and all proceeds benefit the Hanover VNA.

If you are able to volunteer or bake please sign up at www.hanoverpta.org by selecting the Volunteer Tab and choosing Harvest Fest.  As a reminder all parent volunteers must have a current CORI on file in the office. If your CORI has expired or you have not been CORI'd before, please stop into the office ASAP so you can help at Harvest Fest and other HMS events. Volunteer sign ups  will close on Wednesday October 17, 2018.
