Best Wishes to HHS Principal Matt Paquette 6/24/21

I hope your summer is off to a great start.  Earlier this week, Hanover High School Principal Matthew Paquette informed me that he will be resigning from his position as HHS principal at the end of the summer.  We are very grateful for his dedicated and compassionate service to our students, staff, and school community for over a decade.  Mr. Paquette will be working at HHS throughout the summer to help us prepare for next year, and it is my intention to have a new principal in place for September.  Please join me in wishing Mr. Paquette success, happiness, and good health as he prepares for this next adventure in his life.

The search process is already underway, and a screening committee is being formed with representatives from our established parent groups, students, teachers, and administrators.  To ensure that everyone who is interested has the opportunity to provide feedback, there will be virtual public forums for students, staff, families, and community members to help determine the ideal qualities and experiences that are required to be the next leader of HHS.  Additionally, there will be a survey for all members of the community to provide feedback to inform this process as well.  We will share the dates of the forums and the release of the survey as soon as possible.  We thank you for your patience and support as we work through a comprehensive process to find the next leader of HHS.

Sincerely,

Matt Ferron
Superintendent of Schools
