Hanover High School Happy Thanksgiving 2020!
I'm going to keep this message short and sweet, and simply say – Happy Thanksgiving. I hope we can all find some precious time to rest, revive, and restore ourselves.
Finally, I would like to leave you with a Thanksgiving gift from our Performing Arts Department. In the words of our Director of Instrumental Music, Mr. Matthew Harden:
“On behalf of my colleagues in the Performing Arts department at HHS, thank you for all of your support especially in light of the challenges that have faced us this year. From masks to outdoor rehearsals to figuring out how to band, drama, and chorus via Zoom, it has forced us all to change the "how" but never the "what" of making art together. Through it all, our students have been absolutely incredible and I am so proud of their determination, resilience, and artistry.
To that end, I am pleased to share our 2020 Prism Concert virtually. It will premiere live on YouTube tomorrow at 5:00 pm so that families - whether separate or together - can enjoy the gift of music.”
