Hanover High School Health Office Update 12/4/20

All students are required to have a flu vaccine prior to December 31, 2020. Please send documentation of vaccination to your school nurse as soon as possible.
Anyone who received/receives a vaccination from the Town of Hanover flu clinic will have that information shared with your child’s school nurse.
Flu Clinics
Free flu-vaccine clinics for residents of the Town of Hanover will be held at Hanover High School (287 Cedar Street) on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, December 9, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- Wednesday, December 16, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Clinic Details
- No appointments necessary
- The clinic will be held in the Media Room
- Please bring your insurance card
