Hanover High School News and Updates 10/3/22

A few quick updates from Hawk Nation!

• There is no school next Monday, October 10^th, due to Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day
• HHS students will be receiving their pictures from Picture Day this Thursday, October 6^th
• Picture Re-Take Day will be on Tuesday, October 27^th

PSAT/SAT Date Reminders

• PSATs will be held on October 12, 2022, for Juniors only. The cost is $20 through Unipay. 
• SAT Day is scheduled for October 27, 2022, for Seniors only at the high school. The cost is $60 through Unipay.
• Anyone who needs a PSAT or SAT fee waiver, please email Mrs. Rooney at jrooney@hanoverschools.org

HPTA Announcement

My name is Jodie Phillips, and I am the PTA representative at Hanover High School.

I will be responsible for all activities, programs, and events funded by the PTA at the high school. You can stay up to date with what is going on this year by joining our newly created Facebook page: Hanover High PTA. Please search for the page and like it.

We always need volunteers to help with some of our events so please reach out to me if you are able to give some of your time. My email is jodie_a_phillips@yahoo.com. It is not necessary to be available during school hours. Many things can be done from home when it fits into your schedule. Hanover SEPAC

Please join the Hanover Special Education Parent Advisory Council on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 6:30 pm for an in-person discussion with Superintendent Matt Ferron, Director of Student Services, Mike Oates, as well as principals and team representatives from each school. Learn about district-wide special education initiatives as well as building specific programs.
