Hanover High School Parent/Guardian and Teacher Conferences 2/28/24
Parent/guardian and teacher conferences at Hanover High School are scheduled for next Thursday, March 7, 2024. The conferences are 5 minutes in length and available in the afternoon from 1:00-3:00 pm and in the evening from 6:00-8:00 pm.
- Booking Opens on Friday, March 1st, at 6:00 pm.
- Booking Closes on Wednesday, March 6th, at 9:00 am.
As you may know, once the application opens, the conference time slots can be selected quickly, so we recommend logging into your Halix account to make sure you have the correct credentials at the ready.
If you have NOT yet used the Halix platform, then you will NEED to create an account. When creating an account, you MUST use the email address that we have on file. This is the email address at which you receive SchoolMessenger notices (like the email that you are reading now), as well as the email that is associated with your Aspen account, which allows you to see report cards.
The URL for booking conferences is https://hanover-appts.myhalix.io.
If you have a minute, please test your Halix account access. If you have any challenges with Halix account registration (e.g., you do not receive the verification code), please email me at mplummer@hanoverschools.org, and I will assist you.
Once booking opens, if you cannot schedule a conference due to unavailability, please contact that teacher directly via email. Our teachers will make it a priority to communicate with you.
Finally, please be aware that a few teachers (Ms. Coates, Ms. Mathisen, Ms. Turocy, and Mr. Wilbur) have other responsibilities and will not be available for conferences on March 7th. If you would like to discuss your student’s academic progress in their class, please email them directly.
